What areas do you service?

We proudly serve the entire Treasure Valley area, which includes: Boise, Nampa, Caldwell, Star, Middleton, Kuna, Eagle, Garden City, and Meridian.

Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

No worries, you don’t need to be home! We understand that most people have a busy work life and are not able to be home between the hours of 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. In these cases our insured housecleaning professionals are usually provided with a spare key or garage code.

What’s the difference between weekly, bi-weekly, & monthly?

Weekly or bi-weekly services ensure a consistent level of cleanliness, reducing the chance of dirt and dust accumulation. On the other hand monthly cleanings provide a thorough, deep cleaning that renews your home on a regular cycle.

Do you bring your own cleaning supplies?

Yes we do! We will bring all the cleaning tools and supplies needed to make your home shine! If you have any preferences or special requests in regards to the products we use, please let us know and we'll do everything we can to accommodate.

What if I need to reschedule or cancel my cleaning?

We completely understand that life can be unpredictable and sometimes we all need flexibility. That is why we do not require contracts. To keep our team's schedule on track, we recommend that you call about 72 business hours before your next scheduled cleaning. We are happy to accommodate and reschedule.

What if I’m not satisfied with the cleaning?

Customer satisfaction is our #1 priority, that's why we offer a 24 hour satisfaction guarantee! If anything is missed, Please feel free to reach out and let us know within 24 hours of your last clean, and we will return to your home to make it right at no cost to you.
